The property is gently sloping along the eastern boundary but becomes steeper toward the western boundary where it borders a creek that runs most of the year during wetter years. You can often see deer and other animals hanging out near the cooler forests.

There are several building sites on the property. A portion of this parcel is an old meadow that now has a nice stocking of second growth Ponderosa Pine trees.
