History.

In 1980 the 75 acres was divided into five parcels; one of 12.5 acres now called Homestead, one 5 acre parcel now called Deer View, one of 17.5 acres we call Lake View because of the potential for a lake view, and two 20 acre parcels called Ponderosa and Spring Creek.  Please note these parcel sizes are approximate.
