The property consists of moderate to gently sloped hillsides with a potential view of Coeur d’ Alene Lake to the west, and an expansive terrain view to the south on the north-west corner of the property. There is a nice building spot near this vista point nestled among exceptionally large Ponderosa Pine and Douglas-fir trees. Turner Creek meanders along the southern border of the property south of South Dunlap Road. The original homestead, now demolished, was located on this parcel just north of South Dunlap Road.
